While VisaConsul exercises maximum care regarding the accuracy and currency of the information provided, visa rules and procedures can change frequently. VisaConsul cannot be held responsible for rejection of your application, delays, or any direct/indirect damages that may occur. The final decision always rests with the relevant consulate.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our services. If acting on behalf of someone else, you declare that you have the necessary authority. Misuse of the system, attempting unauthorized access, or engaging in actions that disrupt the system's operation is prohibited.

The design, logo, software, content, and all other intellectual property rights of the VisaConsul application belong to our Company. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use is prohibited.

Fees for our services are clearly displayed on the website. Due to the nature of digital content and services, once service performance has begun or a digital product (e.g., PDF report) has been delivered, refunds may fall under exceptions to the legal right of withdrawal.

These terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul courts are authorized for any disputes that may arise.
